By accessing or using the ZIRO.FIT platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZIRO.FIT provides a platform for personal trainers to manage their business and for clients to find and connect with trainers. The Service includes features such as profile management, workout planning, and scheduling.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post to the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant ZIRO.FIT a license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

5. Payment and Subscription

Some features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Service. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIRO.FIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
